National Owner Builder Services/Ideal Construction owner, Pat McGehee has over 20 years construction experience. Home and building construction will be provided by National Owner Builder Services, a Raven Knight Partner. Patrick McGehee is working with Super Struct Building Systems, Inc., is certified and approved manufacturer of SIPS building systems. Super Struct Building Systems, Inc. is currently the only certified (FA-444) and approved IAS (International Accreditation Service Inc.) and SIPS panel fabricator throughout the United States and internationally.

Since 1960, the principle, approval and production for structured insulated panel endorsed by the California State Housing Code, FHA and in 1962 the Los Angeles Building Department Research Group opened its doors to developers, builders, investors and home owners for a design load. This design load represents a 400% safety factor, no thermal leakage, sound proof, termite resistant, environmentally safe and 75% stronger than conventional buildings.

Quarterly inspections are mandatory by a third party inspector per ISO, ICC (formerly ICBO), including an approved in-house quality control inspector. For over 25 years, Super Struct Building Systems, Inc. is the only fabricator to use Aerospace technology of stresses skin design application to the concrete skins of their panels.
